Counc ihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT .# RELATING. TO A <br />REQUEST FROM ROBERT GUZZO FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO OPERATE <br />A SIGN BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6160 GREEN VALLEY ROAD <br />NW. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Robert Guzzo requesting <br />an interim use permit to operate a sign business in an accessory structure located on the property <br />generally known as 6160 Green Valley Road NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />1.or 1, Block 2, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(thc "Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW TilEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to thc rcquest are determined to be as 'follows: <br /> <br />~l'hat on February 25, 2005, Robert Guzzo, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly <br />applied lbr an interim use permit to operate a sign business in an accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the City Code on April 7, 2005, and that~ said <br />public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is zoned PUD-Planned Unit Development, and the properties to <br />the cast, west and south are also zoned PUD-Planned Unit Development while the <br />properties to the north are zoned R-1 Rural Developing. <br /> <br />4. That the Subject Property is approximately 8.3-4 acres. <br /> <br />5. That the Subject Property is surrounded by lots that are similar in size. <br /> <br />That while the Subject Property is 8.34 acres in size, the house and accessory structure <br />arc both within 120 feet of Green Valley Road because a majority of the property is part <br />(~l'the Ford Brook floodway. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure is located on the Subject Property, which does contain a <br />principal dwelling. <br /> <br />~l'hat the Applicant resides at and is the fee title owner of the location of the proposed <br />home occupation. <br /> <br /> <br />
