'ihat the proposed use, if continued, will adversely impact traffic in the area. 25, ~l'hat the proposed use, if continued, will not be compatible with the residential neighborhood due to density and lot size of the surrounding lots. 26. ri'hat the proposed use, if continued, will be undUly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 27. That the proposed use, if continued, will substantially adverselY impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 'l'hat thc proposed use, if continued, will be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. 29. the proposed use, if continued, will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. 30. ri'hat the proposed use, if continued, will create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will be detrimental to the economic wel[hre of the community.
