That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 of City Code relating to outside storage of vehicles and equipment. That loading and unloading areas shall be provided by the Permit Holder to accommodate all deliveries to the Subject Property. ~l'hat there shall be no more than three (3) non-resident employees, including partners, whether they are temporary, part-time, or full-time employees, at any given time. Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation ot' the Permit without further hearing. Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities 'shall be the responsibility of thc Permit Holder. II. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County licenses. 12. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and cn[brcement of this Permit. 13.
