That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />That loading and unloading areas shall be provided by the Permit Holder to accommodate <br />all deliveries to the Subject Property. <br /> <br />~l'hat there shall be no more than three (3) non-resident employees, including partners, <br />whether they are temporary, part-time, or full-time employees, at any given time. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />ot' the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities 'shall be the responsibility of <br />thc Permit Holder. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />cn[brcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />l~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the lbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc lbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the lbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of April, 2005. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
