Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY <br />TOWN CENTER 6th ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots A and B, Ramsey Town Center 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof; Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 28, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />preliminary plat for Ramsey Town Center 6th Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 21, 2005, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br />reviewed thc preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to <br />certain conditions; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town <br /> Center 6th Addition subject to the following condition: <br /> <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated April 15, 2005 <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc Ibllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
