<br />Mayor LeTourneau recognized the efforts within Ramsey, noting that the low number of cases in <br />Ramsey can be attributed to the actions of the community to following social distancing and <br />keeping the community safe. He recognized that the police and fire departments continue to do <br />an amazing job, stepping out and serving the community during this time. He noted that <br />members of the Council and staff are wearing blue tonight to recognize the efforts of public <br />safety staff. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked if there has been another order from the Governor which <br />thth <br />extends the May 4 date to May 13. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Kohner confirmed that an order extended the peacetime state of emergency through <br />th <br />May 13, which is different than the Stay at Home Order, which currently is set to expire on <br />th <br />May 4. He provided a website link for residents to find additional information on Orders from <br />the Governor. He also provided additional clarification on the information that is shared with <br />first responders about addresses of those infected and how the information is used and then <br />cleared from the system. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the City Administrator: <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Councilmember Menth aye <br />Councilmember Heinrich aye <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />5.01: Receive February 2020 Financial Reports – General Fund and Enterprise Funds <br />5.02: Receive Cash and Investments for Period Ending March 31, 2020 <br />5.03: Note the Following Boards, Commissions and Committee Meetings: <br />City Council / April 14, 2020 <br />Page 3 of 15 <br /> <br />
