I was under the belief that land was zoned for 2.5 acre lots, which would help maintain the slight <br />rural feel of the area . While I understand by definition it's not "high density", packing 343+ more <br />detached houses/villas in that area would drastically change the entire area, both in appearance <br />and traffic patterns. I live in the Brookfield development, and I have not heard of a single person <br />who is in favor of this potential project. We have a beautiful area by us, with a good mix homes, <br />wooded and open areas.
