ORDINANCE #20-08 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-90 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 117 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Detached Single Family <br />Homes (MUSA) to R-1 Detached Villa and R-2 Detached Villa: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Excluding the Southern 329 Feet of Eastern 400 Feet thereof, Excluding Roads, Subject to <br />Easement of Record <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning <br />Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 117-90 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />SECTION 3.
