Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #20-090 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY DWELLING AGREEMENT FOR 16400 URANIMITE ST NW WHEREAS, Kathie M. Charette, hereinafter referred to as the "Property Owner", is seeking approval to utilize a camper trailer (the "Temporary Dwelling") for living purposes temporarily on the property generally known as 16400 Uranimite St NW and legally described as follows: W 299 FT OF N 200 FT OF S 866 FT OF NW1/4 OF NE1/4 OF SEC 16 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX RD SUBJ TO EASE OF REC (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, That on November 27, 2019, the home on the Subject Property was severely damaged by fire and rendered uninhabitable; and WHEREAS, that on March 9, 2020 a Building Permit was issued for the repair of the fire - damaged home on the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, that the Property Owner anticipates needing the Temporary Dwelling on the Subject Property for approximately two (2) months. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of a Temporary Dwelling Agreement (the "Agreement") authorizing the use of a camper trailer (the "Temporary Dwelling") on the Subject Property per the terms of the Agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of May, 2020.
