Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-091 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />RELATED TO RIVERSTONE 4th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for a <br />permanent easement related to Riverstone 4th Addition of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Outlots A and H, RIVERSTONE, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the 60 foot wide drainage and utility easement is necessary to extend public utilities to the <br />property to the west as directed by City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the permanent easement on May 12, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of a permanent easement as seen and legally <br />described in Exhibit A related to Riverstone 4th Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 12th day of <br />May, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
