<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-091 <br /> <br />th <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENT RELATED TO RIVERSTONE 4 <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />th <br />applied for a permanent easement related to Riverstone 4 Addition of the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots A and H, RIVERSTONE, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the 60 foot wide drainage and utility easement is necessary to extend public utilities <br />to the property to the west as directed by City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council accepted the permanent easement on May 12, 2020. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of a permanent easement as seen and <br />th <br />legally described in Exhibit A related to Riverstone 4 Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
