Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION #20-012 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR 7040 173RD AVE NW <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the "City," has approved a <br />development contract for the property generally known as 7040 173rd Ave NW and legally <br />described in Exhibit A (the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and <br />conditions, save and except for Paragraph 17(d) (Exhibit B) which shall survive this <br />Termination and Release of Development Contract, of that certain Development Contract <br />for Makowsky Family Farms Metes and Bounds Subdivision dated July 12, 2012, filed <br />July 31, 2012 as Document No. 2036331.006. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City, subject to City Attorney review, approves: <br />a. Release from the agreement titled Development Contract for Makowsky Family <br />Farms Metes and Bounds Subdivision dated July 12, 2012, as Anoka County <br />Document Number #2036331.006 <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this 14th of April, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />
