Hello Chloe, <br />I wanted to share my opposition with the rezoning of the Trott Brook North property. <br />Our home is backed up to Variolite and we moved here in 2016 because we love the <br />rural atmosphere that our neighborhood provides. The volume of traffic that Variolite currently <br />has is tolerable but if the city adds 400+ plus homes to that property that will add a lot more <br />traffic that I prefer not to have. We also ride our bicycles on Variolite to get to various bike paths <br />and it can be a bit dangerous with the amount of traffic the road already has. Please consider <br />keeping the zoning the same. <br />I also want to add that no matter what, please consider not putting the houses right up to <br />Variolite - it just does not fit into the neighborhood.
