Commissioner Woestehoff stated that he would not feel comfortable with that as the Commission <br />just told the last developer that 55-foot lots would not be allowed on a larger piece of property. <br />Commissioner VanScoy echoed those comments and noted that he would like to see 80-foot lots. <br />Commissioner Anderson stated that he would be open to an amendment to the motion. <br />Commissioner Woestehoff suggested that the minimum lot size be 65-foot wide.
