I've built all over the <br />state and the trend is 55' 65' and 75' wide lots. <br />2) keeping the lots less expensive allows more people to experience home ownership. <br />3) keeping diversity in each development gives people options with the size of home they want to build. <br />4) in most developments, it allows the developer to assign more green spaces for parks and trails. <br />Thank you for the chance to explain why developers are looking to develop smaller lots. <br />If there is anything else I can explain, please let me know <br />Thank you - <br />Jason Bebeau <br />
