Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />HRA Executive Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />CALl, TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and called <br />~!pon Cotmcilmember Elvig to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor (;amec announced the following upcoming activities in the City: <br /> Pet Clinic - April 30th 8:00 a.m. to noon at the Police Department garage <br /> Spring Recycling Program - May 7th 8:00 a.m. to noon <br /> l~nvironmental Expo - May 7th 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> Kid Safety Camp - June 21st and June 22nd <br /> Ramsey Lions Picnic - June 5th <br /> <br />PRESENTATION: UPDATE ON YOUTH FIRST <br /> <br />Crime Prevention Specialist Kreyer stated the City of Ramsey has been involved with Youth <br />l"irst, which serves the cities of Andover, Anoka and Ramsey, for some time.
