NOTICE OF PUBLIC NEARING CiTY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNT'( STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that th~ City Council (the "Council') of the Cit~ of Ramsey, Minnesota, will hold a pubti~ hearing on March 8, 2005, at a meetin~ of the Council beginning at approximate~ ly 7:00 p.m., at Fire Station #1 - 150.50t Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, l Minnesota, relating to the proposal of the~ Economic Development Authority of the~ City of Ramsey, Minnesota, to establish a! Redevelopment Project Area in ¢onnec~ tion with the acquisition and betterment of a municipal center consisting of police~i city hall facilities and related parking~ ' and adopting the RedevelOpment Plan~ for the Redevetopment Project Area; all~, pursuant to and in conl~ormity with appli-r~ cable law, including Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 through 469.047 and~ 469.090 through 469.1082.
