<br />Councilmember Heinrich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-110 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION STATING THE EXTENT OF LAWFUL, NONCONFORMING RIGHTS <br />AT 14700 ARMSTRONG BLVD NW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> the City of Ramsey currently has an open code enforcement case on the <br />property legally described as: <br /> <br />rd <br />Lot 3 Block 1 Highway 10 3 Addition Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the Applicant has requested that the City of Ramsey consider the extent of <br />any lawful, nonconforming rights related to off-street parking or graveled parking on the Subject <br />Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City of Ramsey reviewed historical aerial photos, historical City Codes, <br />and existing site layout; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey City Council reviewed the request on May 26, 2020. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1)The City Council of the City of Ramsey states that there are no lawful, nonconforming <br />rights related to off-street parking or graveled parking lots/pads on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kuzma, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor Riley <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
