The proposed development also includes an exterior <br />dumpster enclosure and exterior parking stalls. Two access drives off Veterans Drive are proposed <br />as well as connection drives to the sites to the east and west. A regional pond is in place to serve <br />this area and has been designed to allow for 90% impervious area on the Cobblestone site.
