The proposed development also includes an exterior dumpster enclosure and exterior parking stalls. Two access drives off Veterans Drive are proposed as well as connection drives to the sites to the east and west. A regional pond is in place to serve this area and has been designed to allow for 90% impervious area on the Cobblestone site. The Cobblestone site is proposed to have 76% impervious, which is less than the allowable. A "Land Use Sign" will be placed on the Subject Property to allow Ramsey Residents the opportunity to obtain information about your request.
