City Planner Anderson provided details on density transitioning and tree size requirements. He <br />stated that an agreement is also recorded against the property in terms of maintaining and <br />warrantying the transitioning area, which is meant to remain in eternity. He stated that the City <br />also has a nuisance code to address weeds and vegetation concerns, should that not be maintained. <br />He provided details on the tree inventory that would need to be completed and replacement that <br />would be required depending upon the proposed removal. He noted that he could follow up with <br />Mr. Novak to provide additional details. <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill reviewed a comment from a resident related to traffic on 175tn <br />and Nowthen Boulevard. <br />Kim Salocka, stated that she was curious as to how the utilities would be brought to the site. <br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl advised how the water and sewer would be brought to the site. <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill referenced a comment from a resident related to how the City <br />would ensure that well water supply would not be impacted. He stated that the City is involved in <br />two water studies at this time and provided additional details on how the City monitors water usage <br />and future options.
