Patrick Hampton, 15551 Potassium Street NW, stated that he has been a resident of Ramsey since <br />1963 and is the current owner of the property. He stated that this proposal would be almost <br />identical with what he wanted to do with the property and was told that he could build up to 11 <br />units on the property. He stated that unfortunately he has to sell the property because of medical <br />issues. He stated that he has been patiently waiting for this and needs the funds. He asked if the <br />process could be streamlined so that the project can move forward and he can receive some relief <br />from his financial situation. <br /> <br />7.
