Recommendation: <br /> <br />The proposed amendments to the accessory building regulations that Staff has been working <br />include a restriction on sidewall heights for properties that are less than two (2) acres. The <br />maximum allowable sidewall height of accessory buildings is proposed to be ten (10) feet. Staff <br />believes that the additional square footage requested by the applicant is reasonable and is <br />recommending that the request be approved with a condition that the sidewall height of the <br />proposed accessory building be restricted to a maximum often (10) feet. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt findings of fact relating to James and Cheil <br />Waller's request for a conditional use permit for an oVersized accessory building. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council approve James and Cheri Waller's request for an <br />oversized accessory building based on the findings of fact, and adopt a resolution declaring terms <br />of same. <br /> <br />~or~ <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council deny James and Cheri Waller's request for a conditional <br />use permit for an oversized accessory building, based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
