f. The accessory building is designed with soffit, fascia and eave <br /> overhang; and <br /> <br />g. The accessory building does not exceed the height of the princ!pal <br /> building or twenty-two (22) feet, whichever is less. <br /> <br />On lots less than two (2) acres (87,120 square.feet) in size, the accessory <br />building shall be located in the side or rear yard and shall not be located <br />nearer the front property line than the principal building on that lot, unless <br />a variance is obtained. This provision shall not apply to attached garages <br />that maintain compliance with the applicable front yard setback <br />requirement. <br /> <br />Front, side and rear yard accessory building setback requirements are <br />outlined in Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Residential District) Subd. 4 (R-I Bulk <br />Standards).
