That the proposed building will exceed the minimum side and rear yard setbacks for detached <br />accessory structures. <br /> <br />9. That the exterior finish of the building will consist of hardboard lap siding that will match the <br /> finish of the existing home. <br /> <br /> 1.0. That the proposed structure will not exceed sixteen (16) feet in height as measured at the <br /> mean gable roof height. <br /> <br />That the Applicants have stated that the detached accessory building will be utilized for <br />pers(mal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />t2. That the construction of the detached accessory building will comply with all applicable MN <br /> State Building Codes. <br /> <br />l 3. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous-or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use,-enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />i6. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />17.
