CASE #: [ <br /> <br /> RAMSEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />REVIEW OF JUNE 21, 2001 PUBLIC HEARING <br />By: Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 21, 2001, the'Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the March 2001 Draft <br />Comprehensive Plan. The public hearing was conducted in an open house format where citizens <br />were able to go from area to area to discuss with City staff the various components of <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The following item is enclosed: <br /> <br />Written responses received in regard to proposed March 2001 Draft Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Approximately 60 people participated in the open house public hearing. Staff received several <br />written responses prior to the public hearing and several more at the public hearing. In addition, <br />staff received a few more written comments after the public hearing on June 21. Copies of all <br />comments received are attached. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission make a recommendation to the City Council <br />regarding the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be based on your discussion. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />PC: 10/04/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
