Due to the economic impact <br />related to COVID-19, it does seem reasonable to approve an extension to the timeframes for <br />completing the paving improvements on the subject property. This also aides in bringing the <br />subject property into compliance with the lighting and signage standards. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Dave Evenson, applicant, thanked the Commission for considering his request. He confirmed <br />that he does not have issues with bringing the signage or lighting items into compliance.
