<br />ORDINANCE #20-14 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING UNDERLYING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS AND EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY RELATED TO PUMA STREET <br />REALIGNMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.6 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described right of way, as indicated in Exhibit A attached, are hereby vacated, to- <br />wit: <br /> <br />That part of Puma Street NW, as created an dedicated in the plat of Alpha Development, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the <br />westerly extension of the North line of Outlot C, said plat, and lying northerly of the <br />westerly extension of the South line of said Outlot C <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the East 40.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the <br />southerly right of way line of Alpine Drive NW per Doc. No 756629 and lying northerly <br />nd <br />of the easterly extension of the North right of way line of 152 Avenue NW, as created <br />th <br />and dedicated in the plat of Riverstone 4 Addition. <br /> <br />The following described drainage and utility easements, as indicated in Exhibit B attached, are <br />hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />All of the drainage and utility easements, lying over, under, and across, Outlot C, as <br />created and dedicated in the plat of Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter <br />Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
