<br />.lanuary 18, 2005, a feasibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared
<br />by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-02 (Sealcoat and

<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />That thc Ramsay City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and
<br />scalcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
<br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
<br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of
<br />$146,008.
