ember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-02-040 RESOI~UTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-04 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL FLINTWOOD HILl,S) WIIEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted .lanuary 18, 2005, a Feasibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-04 (Flintwood ] [ills); and WltEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 which indicates the Following: Estimated total cost of'project $14,232 t,;stimatcd total assessment $7,116 Esti matcd asscssment per unit (3-year term) $254.15 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That thc Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and scalcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $14,232. That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and ~hc City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
