/member Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-02-041 RESOI.UTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05~05 (SEALCOAT AND TERRACE) PUBLIC HEARING ON CRACKFILL RAMSEY WItEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted Jalmary 1 8, 2005, a feasibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Sieve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-05 (Ramsey Ten'acc); and WitEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 whict~ indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $15,863 Estimatcd total assessment $7,931 Estimated assessment per unit ( 1 ()-year term) $188.84 NOW TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA. MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and scalcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Stalutcs Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $15,863. That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and thc City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
