Cotmcihnembcr Pcarso~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-02-042 RI~;SOI,UTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-06 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY BEAUDRY'S 2ND, PEI/I'ZER, SECTION 22 (UNPLATTED) WIIEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted .Ianuat'y 1 8, 2005, a feasibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Stcwz Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-06 (Bituminous Overlay Bcaudry's 2"d, Pcltzer, Section 22 (Unplatted); and WIt EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 whiclu indicates thc Following: t,;stimatcd total cost of project $189,313 t!stimated total assessment $94,657 [istimatcd assessment per unit ( 1 O-year term) $965.88 NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) '/hat thc Ramscy City Council will consider the improvements of Bituminous Overlay of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of' the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and thc Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $189,313. 2) 'l'hat a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of March, 2005 at Rmnsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and linc City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
