('ouncihnenfl)er Pcarson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-02-044 RI,;SOI~UTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-08 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY SORTEBERG'S 4TM AI)DITION, SORTEBERG'S 5TM ADDITION) WIIEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted Janttm'y 18, 2005, a Feasibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-08 (Bituminous Overlay Sortcberg's 4th Addition, Sorteberg's 5th Addition); and WHEREAS, thc report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $39,255 Estimated total assessment $19,627 Estimated assessment per unit (I O-year term) $934.63 NOW TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramscy City Council will consider the improvements of Bituminous Overlay of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $39,255. 2) That a public hcaring shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and thc City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
