NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that the petitions were signed by all owners of rcal property proposed to be assessed for the Improvements. 2. The hnprovements are hereby ordered as proposed in the above referenced Feasibility Reports upon the following time schedule: As to the City Phase II Roadway Improvements the Council anticipates completion of the said Phase II Roadway Improvements pursuant to the schedule outlined in the City Phase II Roadway Feasibility Report above referenced, however, for purposes of compliance with Minn. Stat. {}429.041, notwithstanding the above, all contracts for the City Phase II Roadway Improvements shall be let on or before March 31,2015. As to the AUAR Roadway Improvements the Council anticipates completion of the said AUAR Roadway Improvements pursuant to the schedule outlined in the AUAR Roadway Feasibility Report above referenced, however, for purposes of compliance with Minn. Stat. {}429.041, notwithstanding the above, all contracts for the AUAR Roadway Improvements shall be let on or before March 31, 2015. As to the Ramsey Town Center Parking Facilities Improvements the Council anticipates completion of the said Ramsey Town Center Parking Facilities Improvements pursuant to the schedule outlined in the Parking Feasibility Report above referenced, however, for purposes of compliance with Minn. Stat. {}429.041, notwithstanding the above, all contracts for the Ramsey Town Center Parking Facilities Improvements shall be let on or before December 31, 2007. 3. Brian E. Olson, Principal City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for thc Improvements. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such lmprovcl]lents. 4.. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the Improvements fi'om the proceeds of the tax exempt bond. Adopted by the Ramsey City Council on the 22nd day of February, 2005.
