Record ID 1515083 <br /> <br /> 1972259.006 <br /> <br />Councihncmber Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 04-09-271 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />MICtIAEL METTLER TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWED <br />FOIl ACCESSORY STRUCTURES BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0697 AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WtlEREAS, Michael Mettler (Permittee) has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit <br />to exceed the maximum square footage allowed for accessory buildings for properties between 1 <br />and 1.99 acres as established in section 9.11,02 (Accessory Uses) of City Code on the property <br />generally known as 15315 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Thc south 194.5 feet of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying easterly of the <br />centcrline of County State Aid Highway Number 57. Excluding road and subject to <br />casements ol~ record. <br /> <br />(Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 2, 2004, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />J3ascd on Findings of Fact #0697, a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the maximum <br />allowable square footage for accessory building space on properties between 1 and 1.99 acres in <br />si zc is hereby granted to Michael Mettler, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee". <br /> <br />That the overall square footage for accessory buildings may exceed the 1,664 square foot <br />accessory building size restriction for properties between 1 and 1.99 acres by a total of 264 <br />square Feet in order to accommodate the inside storage of private-use equipment and vehicles. <br /> <br />Thai the construction of the addition on the detached accessory building on the Subject Property <br />shall require issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />4. ~l'hat thc accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with all <br /> applicable International Building Codes. <br /> <br />5. The Pcrmittee herein agrees that no business use will be operated in the detached accessory <br /> building unless such use is permitted in accordance with the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
