<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH RUM <br />RIVER CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey has identified a need for additional inspection assistance <br />related to Building Permits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City of Ramsey desires an adaptable solution in lieu of hiring an in-house <br />inspector that allows multiple options to quickly meet market demand and service levels. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the professional services contract with <br />Rum River Construction Consultants. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
