Kuechle Underground Inc. $693,849.10 <br />New Look Contracting, Inc. $712,047.00 <br />Meyer Contracting Inc. $723,640.20 <br />Northwest $737,744.31 <br />Geislinger & Sons $741,925.50 <br />Park Construction Company $745,488.60 <br />Peterson Companies $750,997.15 <br />Engineer’s Estimate $813,760.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bid of Douglas-Kerr Underground, L.L.C. of Mora, Minnesota, in the <br />amount of $622,062.11 for the total bid for construction of said improvements in accordance <br />with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible <br />bidder and their bid shall be and hereby is accepted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br /> <br />3) The City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute the proposal from Bolton & <br />Menk to provide construction administration and staking for said improvements in a total <br />not-to-exceed amount of $8,930. <br /> <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #20-130 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
