<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-114 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR HAMPTON HOMES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Platinum Land LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied <br />for Preliminary Plat approval of the legally described property in Exhibit A, attached hereto: <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property is currently zoned R-2 Residential (Medium Density), <br />is guided as Medium Density Residential in the Comprehensive Plan, and is approximately 5.5 <br />acres in size; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the sketch plan for Hampton Homes <br />(formerly known as Odyssey Homes) at its meeting on January 2, 2020 and again on February 6, <br />2020; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council considered the sketch plan for Hampton Homes (formerly <br />known as Odyssey Homes) at its me eting on January 14, 2020; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Preliminary Plat approval on May <br />1, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the Preliminary Plat for Hampton <br />Homes at its meeting on June 4, 2020. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Preliminary Plat approval for Hampton <br />Homes contingent upon the following conditions <br />a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />b. Completion of a noise study and incorporation of any identified mitigation <br />elements. <br />c. Incorporation of northbound and southbound turn lanes on Nowthen Boulevard <br />th <br />NW at 146 Ave. <br />d. Stormwater Approval by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management <br />Organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
