LAND SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE OF PLAT CORRECTION Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 505.174, I, Paul E. Otto, a duly Licensed Land Surveyor in and for the State of Minnesota declares as follows: 1. That I prepared the plat of Pearson Place dated November 15, 2017 and filed on November 17, 2017 in the Office of the County Recorder/Registrar of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota, as Document No. 2186615.002. 2. That said plat contains errors, omissions or defects described in particular as follows: The bearing on the east line of Outlot B is incorrect. 3. That said plat is hereby corrected in particular as follows: 1) The bearing on the east line of said Outlot B should be North 00 degrees 08 minutes 36 seconds East to the North of the Northeast corner of Government Lot 1, and South 00 degrees 17 minutes 33 seconds West to the South of said Northeast corner of Government Lot 1. 2) The distance of 1093.24 feet on the east line of Outlot B should be 1093.62. 3) The distance of 334.19 feet on the south line of Outlot B should be 334.66 feet. 4) The distance of 224.52 feet on the east line of Lot 11, Block 2, should be 224.14 feet. 5) The distance of 93.49 feet on the north line of Lot 11, Block 2, should be 93.96 feet. I hereby certify that this Surveyor's Certificate of Plat Correction was prepared by me or under my direct supervision and that 1 am a duly Licensed Land Surveyor under the laws of the State of Minnesota.
