WHEREAS, on July 6, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat and zoning amendment and recommended approval; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 25, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat and <br />introduced an ordinance to rezone the Subject Property to a Planned Unit Development (PUD); and <br />WHEREAS, on September 15, 2017, the City of Ramsey received an application for final plat <br />for Pearson Place; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 24, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 19, 2020, the City of Ramsey received a Land Surveyor's Certificate of <br />Plat Corrections document from Otto Associates, the surveyor that originally prepared the plat for <br />Pearson Plat, outlining five (5) minor errors on the plat that required correction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the corrections to the Pearson Place Plat <br />that are outlined in the Land Surveyor's Certificate of Plat Corrections. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 14th <br />day of July, 2020 <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #20-139 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
