Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-135 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH RUM <br />RIVER CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has identified a need for additional inspection assistance <br />related to Building Pen -nits; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey desires an adaptable solution in lieu of hiring an in-house <br />inspector that allows multiple options to quickly meet market demand and service levels. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the professional services contract with <br />Rum River Construction Consultants. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of June, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
