Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-136 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANNING FRAMEWORK DOCUMENT FOR <br />RIVERSTONE SOUTH <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has been working with Capstone Homes since early 2020 <br />on a potential future development generally south of Highway 10 and east of Bowers Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey desires establish key policy direction to guide Capstone's <br />development of future plans. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the planning framework for Riverstone <br />South. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of June, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
