CITIZEN INPUT (Continued) <br /> <br />th <br />Chelsea Houle, 5250 156 LN NW, stated that in reviewing things from a constitutional standpoint <br />she is concerned with the Governor’s Executive Order. She stated that she understands the intent <br />of the original Stay at Home Order in order to prepare hospitals, but the extension continues with <br />the statement that people should stay home in case they have COVID-19. She stated that is not <br />required for other illnesses and she believes this to be a violation of residents’ civil rights. She <br />referenced action that other communities have taken and asked if the City should perhaps follow <br />that path. <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau stated that from his point of view everyone needs to consider all of the <br />variables as this is still a dynamic situation that continues to change.
