PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing: Approve Off-Sale Liquor License for Cloud X Vapes <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report and recommendation to approve of the off-sale <br />license for Cloud X Vapes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked how common it is for a business with vapes to also hold a liquor <br />license. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that this is the first request he has seen but noted that vaping is <br />new to the industry. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Gladhill confirmed that this is the first case staff is aware of. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Riley asked if there are any other items the Council should consider for a request of <br />this type. <br /> <br />City Council / May 26, 2020 <br />Page 5 of 16 <br /> <br />
