WHEREAS, on July 6, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat and zoning amendment and recommended <br />approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 25, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat <br />and introduced an ordinance to rezone the Subject Property to a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 15, 2017, the City of Ramsey received an application for <br />final plat for Pearson Place; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 24, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the Final Plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 19, 2020, the City of Ramsey received a Land Surveyor’s <br />Certificate of Plat Corrections document from Otto Associates, the surveyor that originally <br />prepared the plat for Pearson Plat, outlining five (5) minor errors on the plat that required <br />correction. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the corrections to the Pearson <br />Place Plat that are outlined in the Land Surveyor’s Certificate of Plat Corrections. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-139 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
