Councilmember <br />th <br />Musgrove referenced a comment related to the mill and overlay of 147 and asked if it is the <br />recommendation of staff that the improvement would be needed and whether that would be a cost <br />of the developer. Senior Planner McGuire Brigl stated that is an engineering comment to the <br />developer based on the current condition of the roadway.
