A recent inspection of the above premises revealed the following violations of the <br />Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• Off-street parking <br />• Waste, refuse, garbage, construction materials <br />City staff has made previous attempts to contact you for an inspection without a response, <br />including a citation since this is a repeated violation. You have 14 days from the date of this <br />letter to schedule an inspection for the following (or you will receive another $250 citation): <br />• Off-street parking [Violation of Chapter 30-3] <br />o Multiple vehicles parked on the grass. <br />o Remove or shelter all inoperable, damaged, or unlicensed (no tabs) vehicles. <br />Vehicles cannot be parked on the grass. <br />• Waste, refuse, garbage, construction materials [Violation of Chapter 30-3] <br />o Remove or shelter various junk being stored outside. <br />Please contact me at (763) 576-4314 to schedule an inspection after the violations, and to answer <br />any questions you may have.
