Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-162 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR 6314 HIGHWAY 10 <br />NW <br />WHEREAS, Electric Systems of Anoka desires to connect to municipal water supply and <br />sanitary sewer and assess a portion of the trunk fee costs to the property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is willing to levy a portion of these costs to the property. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council hereby approves the assessment of $11,533.00 plus interest as laid out in <br />the draft Assessment Agreement, contingent upon the Owner entering into said Assessment <br />Agreement. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />28tI day of July, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
