(7) Any vehicle violating this section may be towed at the owner's expense, and <br />any personal property violating this section may be removed. Violation of this <br />section is a petty misdemeanor. Violators of this section may also receive an <br />citation, in accordance with Section 2-333 of this Code. <br />(c) Severability.
