CASE # <br /> <br /> LIONS PICNIC/APPLICATION FOR <br />A ONE-DAY, 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The R.amsey Lions are again applying for a one-day, 3.2% malt liquor license for the Community <br />Picnic that is scheduled for Saturday, June 4, 2005, at Central Park. The Lions have provided all <br />of the necessary documents required for issuance of this type of license.' Under City Code, it is a <br />permissible activity to grant a 3.2% malt liquor license to the Ramsey Lions Club for this event. <br /> <br />As has been done in the past, City staff is requesting Council waive the license' fee.
