Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The 2005 Pavement Maintenance Program consists of five projects which include <br />cracksealing and sealcoating of City streets and three projects which involve a one and <br />one-half inch bituminous.overlay of City streets. All of the remaining <br />projects will be financed through special assessment of half of the project Cost with the <br />remaining half from the general fund.
