<br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-02-038 on February 08, 2005,
<br />fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed .improvement to sealcoat and crack fill
<br />Amber Ridge, Bona Addition, Cedar Hills, Cedar Hills 2nd, Cedar Hills 3rd, Chestnut Hill, Chestnut
<br />Hill 2nd, Chestnut Hill 3rd, Chestnut Hill 4th, Chestnut Hill 5th, Chestnut Pond, Chestnut Ridge,
<br />Pondvale Estates, Pondvale Estates 2nd, Ramsey Commons 2nd, RamSey Meadows, Ramsey
<br />Meadows 2'd, Section 24 (Unplatted), Section 26 (Unplatted), Sunfish Square, Sunfish Square 2nd,
<br />Sunny Ponds, Sunny Ponds 2®, Sunny Ponds 3rd, Windemere Woods, Windemere Woods 2"d, Wood
<br />Pond Hills, Wood Pond Hills 2nd, Wood Pond Hills 3rd, Wood Pond Hills 4th, Wood Pond Hills 5th,
<br />(Improvement Project #05-02) and;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was
<br />given, and the hearing was held on March 8, 2005, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
<br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOICa~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: .
<br />
<br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 08, 2005.
<br />
<br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He
<br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
<br />
<br />3) The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an
<br /> advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such plans 'and
<br /> specifications,
<br />
<br />1'he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CoUncilmember __
<br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
